Singlehood?

I shall stay single for God, i shall take up a vow to remain single, i shall not marry and serve the Lord, i shall this i shall that. Well i went through this phrase thinking that it is spiritual to do so. I mean look at Paul in the NT and mother Theresa just to name a few, they dedicated their lives to serving and staying single for God. Single-minded for God.
More over I'm not ready for a relationship, i'm "not yet there", i'm not financially stable, blah blah blah.
Those were my thoughts and feelings. But in reality its all just cover ups for my fears and hurts etc.
